This Jig will allow you to drill a feeder hole on the outside of each rail
while protecting the rails and ties from the drill chuck.
I know this sounds kind of silly but there are people out there that know
what I am talking about! If you are pushing a little to hard when the
drill goes threw the board the chuck (while still spinning) can crash into
the rails and tear them up.
