PRODUCT UPDATE: Now made with super strong 1/2" disc magnets.
The first picture shows the tool being used as a heat sink and alignment tool for soldering two pieces of track together. It will keep the rails in proper alignment until they cool and keep the plastic ties from melting. Proper rail spacing is very important!P
The second picture shows the same tool being used as a parallel track spacer, this will keep the tracks an equal distance apart.(Center to Center Spacing)
This tool comes pre-milled with 2",2 1/2" and 3" center to center spacing!
You have the option of chosing the Center to Center Spacing that you would like milled into your tool at a cost of $5.00 each. Additional spacings are also 5.00 dollars each.
MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ORDER YOU TELL ME WHAT CENTER TO CENTER SPACING YOU WANT AND WETHER YOU WANT EXTRA SPACINGS MILLED.
On the top are two magnets, you flip this tool over and run it over your track to pick up things like lost coupler pins and track nails.
